Residential Space

There are several phases residential phases at Pearl. Currently, all residential properties are for lease only, not for sale.

Pearl Can Plant Apartments and East Flats-Phase III (DELIVERING FALL 2012)

More residential space is under construction, about 140 units expected to be delivered late 2011.

CIA Building (FULLY LEASED)

Six apartments and two penthouses are located in the CIA Building next to the Culinary Institute of America. There are one and two-bedroom options ranging from 886 to 1,508 square feet. All units enjoy covered, garage parking; exposed concrete floors and 10’ exposed concrete ceilings in the living rooms and bedrooms; stainless steel kitchen appliances; and stacked washer and dryer.

Can Recycle Building (FULLY LEASED)

Three lofts located above Synergy Studio in the Can Recycle Building ranging in size from 624 to 655 square feet.  

Live/Work Lofts  (FULLY LEASED)

Eight lofts located in the Full Goods Building. These units are available for living and/or small office space. Each loft is two-stories with an internal staircase, featuring open ceilings and floor plans.  Spaces range from 850 to 1550 square feet.

The Full Goods Building office spaces are fully leased at this time.

CIA Building

One office spaces is currently available at 3,965 square feet on the fourth floor next door to the Culinary Institute of America.

Pearl is looking for unique, independent retailers, coffee shops, bars and best-in-class, chef-driven restaurants to tenant the retail space.

Phase III (DELIVERING FALL 2012)

More retail space is under construction, providing a greater variety of unique culinary and shopping opportunities for Pearl visitors and residents alike.

Full Goods Building

There is limited retail and restaurant space available in the Full Goods Building at this time.

CIA Building

One retail opportunity is available at 1,842 square feet on the bottom floor next door to the Culinary Institute of America.
